Shanon leads work across strategy, naming, placemaking, identity, and brand storytelling. Over more than twenty-five years, he has helped shape brands for developers, investors, hospitality groups, institutions, and mission-led organizations, translating complex ambitions into clear narratives and memorable brand systems. He is known for pairing commercial intelligence with cultural sensitivity, and for building brands that carry both market value and civic meaning. Shanon is a graduate of Kent State University and Rollins College.
SCOTT
Director, Strategic Partnerships
Scott helps shape relationships, initiatives, and growth opportunities across both commercial and mission-led work. With more than twenty-five years of experience in experiential design, integrated marketing, and brand storytelling, he connects vision to execution in ways that are both culturally meaningful and commercially smart. His perspective helps the agency build alliances that extend beyond branding into long-term value creation. Scott graduated summa cum laude from Rollins College.
LEONARDO
Director, Brand Design
Leonardo oversees the development of brand systems with precision, clarity, and formal discipline. With more than two decades of experience, he guides identity programs from concept through application, ensuring that strategy holds together across typography, iconography, color, and composition. His work reflects a deep respect for design craft and a strong instinct for how brands perform in the real world. Leonardo earned his degree in Graphic Design from Blas Pascal University in Córdoba, Argentina.
WESLEY
Director, Performance Media + Visualization
Wesley leads Google Advertising, Google Ad Grant management for select nonprofit partners, motion graphics, animation, 3D renderings, and visualizations across the agency. His background spans both performance marketing and high-end visual production, giving him a rare ability to connect measurable outcomes with cinematic brand expression. He has contributed to work for Disney, Tupperware, Universal Studios, and The Ritz-Carlton. Wesley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Animation from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts from Hillsborough College in Tampa, Florida.
RICHARD
Director, Digital Brand Experiences
Richard leads the agency’s work across interface strategy, digital systems, and user-centered brand expression. Over a career spanning more than twenty-five years, he has designed for major global brands including Disney, Marriott, Hard Rock Café, McDonald’s, Motorola, and YMCA. He is especially valued for turning complex brand ecosystems into intuitive digital experiences that feel clear, fluid, and commercially effective. Richard earned his degree in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale.
