Shanon has made good use of his passport, working across geographies and cultures to deliver ideas that build identity and drive bottom-line performance for people and brands. Strategically driven and creatively inspired, he believes in the value of simple solutions from big ideas, going beyond the pack to create engaging brand experiences. With more than 24 years’ experience in consumer and business-to-business branding, Shanon has played a part in the success of many multinational corporations including Anheuser-Busch, Bloomingdale’s, Coca-Cola, Hyatt Regency, Marriott Worldwide, SeaWorld Parks & Resorts, and The Walt Disney Company. He is an avid speaker on creative industries, arts-based placemaking, and new urbanism and serves as an appointed member of the Historic Preservation Board for the City of Orlando. His affinity for art and history has allowed him to currently serve as a Trustee for the Neon Museum in Las Vegas, as Vice President of the Orange County Regional History Center and Historical Society of Central Florida, as the former Chairman (Ex Officio) of the Downtown Arts District in Orlando, and as an emeritus member of the Museum of Design Atlanta. Shanon is a graduate of Kent State University’s School of Journalism and Mass Communications and the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. He enjoys supporting globally integrated businesses that are hungry for change, disruptive by nature, and reflect a genuine affinity for society.
Senior Brand Designer
Leo serves as the Senior Brand Designer at Larimer & Co. and brings over two decades of brand development experience representing major corporations and emerging brands. Leo is passionate about promoting the value of great design with depth to deliver high-impact business performance for clients. He earned his degree in Graphic Design from Blas Pascal University in Córdoba, Argentina. When Leo’s not working in the office, he can be found enjoying pop culture, art and illustration that defend and promote diversity and global unity. It is said that creativity is intelligence having fun, and Leo brings all three to the brands and people he works with.
Seth serves as the Creative Director at Larimer & Co. and brings more than two decades of experience in design. Seth’s portfolio includes work for major brands such as Lay’s, Coors, USA Today, Disney, Adidas and Union Pacific. His creative problem solving is simple and straightforward while his style is bold and personality driven. He loves helping companies of all sizes rediscover the wonder of their brand and visually express it in ways that create emotional connections which ultimately helps them level-up. Seth earned his degree in Advertising from the University of Nebraska. Creativity sits at the heart of Larimer & Co., and Seth is its champion.
Michael serves as our content strategist at Larimer & Co., crafting copy for our clients that demands attention, creates desire, and compels action. He brings more than twenty years as the lead writer and strategist for some of the world’s most recognized and respected brands including Apple, Avery, and The Walt Disney Company. For Michael, storytelling and creative expression are at his core. He earned his degree in Film and Television Production from the University of Southern California and spends his time painting when he’s not working on his Great American Screenplay. Michael possesses top-tier talent, relentless work ethic, unbridled enthusiasm, and the never-ending ability to bring concepts to life for the people and brands we work with on a daily basis. Michael’s fun, collaborative, has a curious mind and is not afraid of trying new approaches. Those are just a few of the qualities we love about him.
Director of Digital Media
Richard serves as the Director of Digital Media at Larimer & Co. and inspires us all to use creativity to help our clients achieve extraordinary success. He is an expert in user experience and user interface design and likes to invent new ways to evolve brands with technology. Over a 20-year career, he has worked on many global brands including Disney, First Watch, Marriott, Hard Rock Café, McDonald’s, Stein Mart, APM Terminals, Motorola and YMCA. He earned his degree in graphic design from the University of South Florida. Richard leads our creative vision in the digital realm.
Eric serves as a Copy Editor at Larimer & Co. and brings a quarter-century of creative writing and editing experience to his role. He has worked extensively in creative communications positions for global brands within the entertainment, tourism, and higher education industries. He also has an affinity for providing quality customer satisfaction, which comes naturally to him. Eric earned his degree in English, specializing in Creative Writing, from the State University of New York College at Brockport. Eric thrives on creativity and is a perfectionist when it comes to proofreading and brand nomenclature.
