Orange County Mayor, Teresa Jacobs, Issues Proclamation to Arts Leader and Advocate, Shanon Larimer

Orange County Mayor, Teresa Jacobs, honors arts leader and advocate, Shanon Larimer, with a proclamation recognizing 10 years of dedicated service to Central Florida’s arts community, the promotion of its world-class visual and performing arts venues, and the development of robust and strategic corporate, public/private partnerships. The proclamation was presented by Lisa Nason, Chief of Strategy and Public Policy for Orange County and past Chairman, David Wheeler. The proclamation comes at the conclusion of Larimer's two-year term as Chairman of the Board for the City of Orlando's Downtown Arts District and underscores Larimer's contribution to advancing Central Florida’s arts experience enjoyed by 1.2 million Citizens and 68 million visitors to Central Florida annually.
