The Gig . . .

Larimer & Co. Branding Studios is seeking a London/Paris-based graphic and visual design guru to join us as we create experiences for some of the world’s most irresistible travel brands. You live in a dimension of colors and shapes, both online and in the physical world, and you will be passionate about helping us upgrade the way our clients look. Your forward-thinking perspective on aesthetics will integrate with strategic objectives to elevate the ordinary to make it extraordinary for both our Company and the clients we represent.

To be successful you will need to be a savvy modern brand designer who is comfortable working independently at times, and under the direction of our Creative Director and Senior Brand Designer. You will ooze passion and be driven to create work that makes our client’s identity shine as well as wowing us with unique and innovative designs. You’re also an expert at Adobe Create Suite and MS Office (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, PPT and Word. Plus if you have video and motion graphics experience we'll get even more excited.)

Your day to day is never boring as you work both with other designers and on things you are creating and producing. From inside culture campaigns to important presentations to bigwigs, from digital marketing to branding concepts, from content creation to printed pieces, and from social content to environmental elements. Everything you touch makes us look our very best always. Travel may be required periodically to different locales throughout Europe and Asia, so a valid passport will be required.

You’re also someone who understands the importance of getting feedback and other people’s input on your work. You’re not pretentious, and in the end, we won’t know how we got by without you.

Key Skills & Responsibilities . . .

  • Work on graphic design and brand communications projects in the hospitality industry

  • Knowledgeable on the whole graphic design process, across a range of media and platforms

  • Lead design development for digital work

  • Develop lookbooks and style guides for visual design, both digital, print and some environmental

  • Manage production of digital content and assets as well as printing of collateral/branded items

  • Make us look brilliant in presentations, so it proves we care about how we look…everywhere

  • Coordinate other design project elements including mood boards & conceptual mockups

  • Champion consistency to client’s visual identities and usage guidelines, and help them evolve

  • Work with internal teams to manage the workflow of design projects

  • Evaluate and use reputable vendors to achieve high quality output for physical work

  • Inspire us with great design work across a range of mediums

  • Design online content for social sites and website tile slides

  • Plan project timelines and work effectively within budgets/objectives established by internal teams

  • Able to work under time constraints and multiple time zones

  • Act as an ambassador of the Larimer & Co. brand and culture

  • Opportunity to take on other special projects relevant to past experiences and areas of special expertise and interest
